Mark Belcher has more than 30 years of experience in the elevator industry. He has held executive level positions through much of his career. His combination of education and technical experience is rare within the elevator industry. Mark has been a leader in the development of both systems and practices to improve the operational efficiency of elevator companies with significant direct experience in: elevator modernization project management; industrial elevator systems and applications; business development; and, contract negotiations.

Mark is an effective communicator and an engaged manager. He effectively utilizes his industry experience coupled with a pragmatic management style to satisfy his clients’ varied requirements. His project management experience, specifically in modernization, allows him to identify and address process and or performance risks early in a projects’ lifecycle enabling optimal schedule performance and minimal downtime.
