Stephen S. Fox has been active in the elevator industry for the past 26 years. His experiences in the industry makes him well suited for all types of new and existing building projects.
Steve also provides leadership on many of our large multidisciplined projects. In addition, Steve is well versed in damage assessment to elevator and escalator systems caused by conditions ranging from construction incidents to hurricanes. He was recently engaged in a 6+ month task with FEMA in Galveston, Texas to assist in hurricane damage assessment. He most recently authored directives for FEMA to mitigate damages to vertical transportation systems caused by future hurricanes.
Steve also specializes in projects that interface with governmental tenants and meeting their specialized needs.
