Ray has more than 45 years of elevator experience in various positions including engineering, marketing, sales, District & Area leadership positions. Over the years, Ray & his Schindler teams were regularly recognized for their safety, quality & schedule compliance achievements. 

Ray was known within Schindler as a leader who created & maintained a culture of customer excellence. Ray graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Mechanical Engineering degree and pursued business education at both Rutgers & Virginia Commonwealth University.  

During his career, Ray was selected to participate in various leadership training sessions including Penn State’s Management Development program. Ray was chosen as a team leader for both Schindler’s Best Demonstrated Practices and Installation Methods development programs.

Ray’s professional organizations included ASME & BOMA. Due to his focus on customer service & relationships, Ray was selected 25 years ago as a charter member of Charlotte’s Friends of IREM.
