Jerry Younghanse

Jerry Younghanse has over 35 years of experience in the vertical transportation industry. He has extensive experience in design, manufacturing, application, contracting, and maintenance of vertical transportation equipment.
Jerry has held positions as Project Coordinator with Dover Elevator Corporation, Sales Engineer with Dover Elevator Company, and District Manager with Dover/General Elevator Company. In his 18 years as a project manager for another consulting firm, he has worked with Architects, Engineers, and other Clients to plan, design, write construction documents, and provide construction administration on many long-term projects in the DC, Baltimore, and Central Virginia areas. His list of projects includes the new FDA campus in Silver Spring, Maryland, the Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, and the Norfolk Conference Center and Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia.
Jerry is an Alumnus of the University of Memphis, and is a Certified Elevator Inspector.
